These terms describe the basic rules for using the Poruch platform. By using the service, you agree to follow them.

01Platform purpose

Poruch helps users publish, discover, and request services. The platform acts as a marketplace layer between providers and clients and may offer supporting features such as messaging, availability display, and profile management.

02Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the security of your account. You must not impersonate another person or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law.

03Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their service descriptions, prices, availability, and other information published on the platform.

Providers must only publish information they are authorized to share.
Providers are responsible for the services they offer and for communication with clients.

04Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking or request details and for communicating respectfully with providers. Using the platform for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity is prohibited.

05Google Calendar availability

If a provider connects Google Calendar, Poruch uses calendar access only to help display availability information. Calendar access is optional and can be disabled by the provider at any time. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.

06Limitation of responsibility

Poruch provides the platform on an as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, error-free operation, or the quality, legality, or suitability of services offered by providers. Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions on the platform.

07Changes and contact
